Kolsass is located about 20 km from Innsbruck in the Inn Valley. A village with history. It was first mentioned in a charter from the year 1050. A village that has remained largely in authentic style, despite construction in the mid-twentieth century, and therefore still is a characteristic piece of Tyrol.

Mountain Sports
A part of Tyrol, that both winter and summer, offers a wide range of outdoor activities and opportunities for mountain sports. Many hiking routes, climbing routes, opportunities for Nordic walking and mountain biking, but also a fitness trail and cycling paths.

Water Sports
If you enjoy water sports, there are broad opportunities in this region. For example in Badesee Weißlahn, the pool Familien- und Erlebnisfreischwimmbad Schwaz, the pools in Jenbach and Stans, and the indoor pool at Hotel Friedheim.

Recommendation
Ruine Rettenberg. Gebouwd in de 14e eeuw, en voormalig bezit van de rijke en machtige Rottenburger. Deels is het slot gebruikt bij de bouw van de kerk in Wattens.
