Tristach is picturesque located between the Lienz Dolomites, and is the perfect village to relax during your summer holidays. Here, nature lovers and admirers of the imposing mountains like to go, for example, to enjoy over 90 km of hiking trails.

Water Sports
About 4 km from Lienz you find the largest lake in East Tirol. The Tristachersee offers spacious lawns, a pleasant terrace cafe, playground and beach volleyball. From early July to late August free swimbus from Lienz, which runs regularly through Tristach.

Christkindlmarkt in Lienz. The Hauptplatz in Lienz is decorated with festive Christmas lights. The Christmasmarkt begins in late November, and here you can find what makes the Christmas season in Austria so pleasant and special.
