Mountain Sports

The region has many outdoor sports and activities to offer, but especially the Donauradweg is very popular.

According to the ADAC, the most beloved Cycle Route from Germany, since this long cycle path, also partly runs through Germany, and continues towards Vienna.

But also for hikers, who not only find opportunities in this region along the Danube, but also through the hills and pretty villages.

Water Sports

Obviously, this is a holiday region which has a lot for water sports to offer, active and passive.

Lots of pools and lakes, where you can swim on hot days, and of course that beautiful river, which allows much more water sports.

Sightseeing

Burg Clam

Above the village Klam, rises on a wooded mountain ridge, which on one side goes steep in the gorge of the Klam stream, this beautiful castle.
