Scheffau is part of the insanely large ski resort Wilder Kaiser Brixental.
Really enjoy the winter in Tyrol, and the extensive possibilities in one of the largest ski areas in Austria.
It is the smallest village in this ski area, but still has many possibilities for winter sports to offer.
The ski resort is located in a beautiful area, where besides skiing and snowboarding, more recreational opportunities are offered.
For example, on the beautiful winter hiking trails that are plotted here, such as around the Hintersteinersee.
It is not a village where you exuberantly can party, although there are some restaurants and bars.
Especially for children the KinderKaiserland is recommended, where theycan learn how to ski.
It is an excellent winter destination, when you, next to white slopes, also are looking for peace and nature.
Rest and lots of slopes.
