Welcome to Erl
Erl is an authentic Tyrolean mountain village on the border between Bavaria and Tyrol. The village is characterized by some brave architecture of the Passionsspielhaus that stands out against the sky and thus is a link between mountains and plains. Spending a vacation here is also directly to participate in the village life, the celebrations and enjoying during sporting activities.

Mountain Sports
A region that has many mountain sports to offer, alongside an extensive network of hiking trails, bike paths and mountainbike routes and trails. For those who like mountain climbing and hiking in the mountains, a very suitable region. For gliders and Nordic walking there are excellent opportunities.

Water Sports
For water sports perhaps a less known region. Yet you can enjoy extensive opportunities like sailing on the Thiersee. Fishing is possible in different places, and swimming is possible in the local swimming pool with a beach volleyball court and a baby pool.

Recommendation
Foalfarm Ebbs. With over 180 horses, this is the most famous breeding farm of Haflinger in the world, with in addition to a riding school and a Haflinger and carriage museum. Of course you can also make a carriage ride. And on some days is an auction of several horses, and there are regularly organized events.
