Mountain Sports
Walking quietly through the valley, or along a challenging route. For example, on the beautiful Glungezer, with next to many opportunities for hikers and mountain bikers, also a nice view.

Water Sports
If you want to swim, then Tulfes has unfortunately not much to offer.

But there are pools in Wattens and Hall in Tyrol.
