Ehrwald is a nice village surrounded by the mighty Wetterstein mountains and the Mieminger Kette. Here you can relax while you enjoy a pleasant stay at 1000 meters altitude. The eight lakes in the region are seen as landscape Jewels, and invite in summer to cool down and enjoy.

Mountain Sports
For those who like the outdoors and at the same time enjoy the variety, this region is the ideal starting point for tours and routes for hiking and mountain biking. The region has more than 300 km hiking paths and mountain trails. Nordic Walking is also possible here.

Water Sports
The region has a lot to offer for the lovers of swimming and water fun. For Example the local Familienbad, with sauna, gym and large slide. Also the Panoramabad in Lermoos, the Bärenbad in Berwang and the Bichlbacher Badesee are worth a visit.

Recommendation
In the petting zoo in Bichlbach the kids climb to the animals along ladders. It is a special petting zoo. Many animals live on the farm, in large pastures from monkeys along lamas to goats.
