On the sun terrace of Tirol lies the charming village Fiss. On average the region has 2000 hours of sunshine per year. The village is also known for the Retoroman houses and the old parish church from the 14th century. Mainly known as a winter resort, but also a good place to spend the summer vacation. A quiet area where many activities and events are organized.

Mountain Sports
A region that invites every traveler to enjoy the mountains. Around the village there are several hiking routes, different and challenging mountain bike routes are possible. Even mountain sports like canyoning, paragliding and rafting are offered in the immediate vicinity of the village, and are definitely worth a try. A sport that you also can practice in the region is Sedgeway-trekking.

Water Sports
A region that offers many opportunities to enjoy rafting. A number of challenging opportunities are offered around the village, and there are opportunities to raft in the region Pfunds - Prutz and the Imsterschlucht. Also 2 - and 3-day rafting tours are offered. Swimming is possible in a number of pools in the surrounding villages.

Recommendation
An absolute must is the Fisser Flieger. "Fasten your Seatbelts". Soar high above mountains and trees. The Fisser Flieger allows up to 4 passengers to fly at an height of 8 to 47 meters. As in a real aircraft you "fly" on a cable car down.
