Mountain Sports
Within the region there are enormous possibilities for an active vacation, and you can't almost think of any mountain sports, or it is possible within the region. Hiking on soft roads in the valley up to extensive touring. 560 km mountain bike trails, varied route network - from easy forest trails to challenging single trails. 550 km cycle paths for the whole family, bicycle rentals at different locations. Well-marked Nordic Walking trails in various degrees and more such as horse riding and an 18 hole golf course.

Water Sports
In the Lungau Meadow Summer nearly 60 bright, emerald green to silver, beautiful mountain lakes invite you out to adventure tours and hearing old stories and legends as the saga of the Frimlghost in the Weißpriachtal, the legend of the witches dance at the Speiereck or the saga of The mysterious Kasmandl. To discover the Lungau mountain lakes easily and fully enjoy the life on the meadows of the past and today, there is recently a brochure available on the Lungau Meadow Summer.

Burg Finstergrün. May I introduce myself ? Finsterling is my name. I haunt since hundreds of years around the castle Finstergrün, and I really like my castle. But for me it is just a bit big. Therefore, I like to invite guests , the more the better. Maybe you're the next guest?
