Sommer Park Pettneu am Arlberg offers many recreational activities such as a summer toboggan run, petting zoo, plenty of opportunities for mountaineering, and appealing events in both summer and winter. A quiet village, which can certainly compete with St. Anton, but is less discovered by the large flow of tourists.

Mountain Sports
The ride with the summer toboggan run is a highlight, but certainly not the only attraction in the summer park. A perfect area if you want to go hiking or mountain biking in your vacation. Numerous trails and routes are available, especially for mountainbikers who can find some good trails in the vicinity of the village. The routes have good markings, and are well maintained. Climbing enthusiasts can go to arl.rock Sports & Adventure, with over 1,000 square meters of climbing surface.

Watersport
The Petneuer Hallenbad is a great place to enjoy swimming. It is certainly not the biggest pool, but it offers a children's pool (29° C), a sunbathing area of 3000 sqm, a sauna and a solarium. More possibilities for swimming in the exhibition and convention center ARLBERG-well.com.

Warm aanbevolen
The region has some very nice and impressive sights, such as the pilgrimage church zu Maria Hilf and the Kalvarienberg-Kirchlein. Also the Verwall reservoir, which lies in the romantic Verwalltal is worth a visit. The reservoir is surrounded by an untouched nature, and offers a special section to relax with hiking trails, a natural playground for children and good opportunities for fishing.
