The Ankogel is known as the boundarymountain between the north and south. Snow comes so to speak from both sides, and therefore it is often a long time white here in the winter and spring.

Ski Resort Ankogel - Mallnitz is one of the highest ski areas in Carinthia and offers with her descents a delight for winter sports. The Köfelelift in the valley is particularly suitable for beginners and visitors of the ski school.

The gentle slopes above the tree line are certainly a guarantee for a very pleasant winterday.
