Ski Resort Lech - Zürs am Arlberg is one of the best ski resorts in the world. This was, at least, the verdict of the experts at Ski Resort Service International, who crowned Arlberg one of the best ski resorts around the world for the 4th time in their international assessment.

The Arlberg is not a mountain, but rather a pass which connects Tyrol and Vorarlberg. Winter sports enthusiasts require only the Arlberg-Card. The Arlberg Card gives its holders access to a snowy paradise with 85 mountain railways and lifts, 276 km of ski-runs and 180 km of deep powder runs.

Free ski buses shuttle guests between the individual resorts. Sun terraces invite skiers to enjoy a spot of après-ski, and indulge in a variety of other activities such as ice skating, curling, ice-carting, tobogganing, cross-country skiing, winter hiking and sleigh rides, all of which are guaranteed to make the winter holiday an experience for the whole family.

Innovations

New 8-seater and 6-seater chairlifts & Sun Subscription.

Two new chairlifts in the Arlberg ski area bring guests and skiers this winter even faster and more comfortable on the mountain. In Lech Zürs the Muggengratbahn was newly built and transports the guests in a 6-seater chairlift with weather hoods and heated seats, to 2,450 meters altitude.

The new Rendlbahn can carry up to 2,000 people per hour, and the journey up to the mountain station takes only seven minutes.

With the special lift ticket "Sonnenabo" this winterseason winter fans can use the cable cars and lifts even without skies and enjoy the airy heights and limitless panoramic views. From Rüfikopf or Petersboden in Lech and Oberlech through Galzig or Valluga in St. Anton am Arlberg until the Sonnenkopfbahn in Klösterle.
