Welcome to Emberger Alm
The Emberger Alm is a dream holiday all year round. A largely untouched hiking and alpine paradise with a unique flora and fauna. Adventure playground for children, soft alpine meadows and a perfect climbing phenomenon.

Mountain Sports
More than 200 km hiking trails in a untouched countryside. For example the tour on the Hochristen or the Knoten. Or a nice easy walk and enjoying the cheesemaker. The allergy-friendly climate and clear mountain lakes show how nature ought to be.

Water Sports
Rafting is possible in Irschen at Drauactiv and "walking on the river" is possible in Dellach. From May to September, the Drau offers ideal water for canoe and inflatable boats. Driven by the gentle flow it seems just as you walk on the river. Also swimming is offered in the region in a number of swimming pools and swimming lake Greifenburg.

Recommendation
Bergbauer Museum. In 6 rooms, approximately 500 objects are exhibited. The exhibition shows the hard work of the mountain farmers on the steep slopes. For Example, you can see a smoke room, workroom and the work of the farmer in the four seasons.
