Mountain Sports
Around the village various mountain sports are offered. The Zillertal is a typical Tyrolean tourist area, so there are a lot of activities and events. The disadvantage is that it sometimes can be crowded. The region is a beautiful hiking and mountain biking area, also other mountain sports such as paragliding, canyoning and rafting are offered in the area.

Water Sports
The Sports & Erlebnisschwimmbad has everything you need for a successful day of Water sports. Swimming in the open air, and it also offers facilities like a pool slide, current channel, a large sunbathing area and a playground. Rafting and hydro speed are offered around the village and in the region, so a wide range of watersports is available.

Recommendation
The Strasser Häusl is one of the many old Zillertaler farmhouses. This particular farm has a history in which everyone uses each Year. According to tradition, the Strasser children made the Christmas carol "Silent Night, Holy Night" world-famous with their performances.
