Holiday in the Lesachtal is a holiday in a remarkable landscape. Not for nothing the valley is named "Landscape of the Year" and "the most natural valley". In this oasis of peace and nature, you can enjoy (mountain) hikes on 300 marked hikingkilometers.

Mountain Sports
The region is known as a particularly unique mountaineering and hiking area. More than 300 kilometer marked trails, from light walks to overnight hikes.

Water Sports
Rafting is a popular water sport, here you can practice under supervision (Fit & Fun Rafting Club). If you want a little challenge in your vacation, then a rafting trip is certainly recommended. You can also fish in this area very well, and of course you can cool off in the summer in the outdoor and adventure pool.

Recommendation
The unique Mary Luggau Basilica, is the only basilica in Austria with an attached Servite monastery. It is also one of the most famous pilgrimage churches in Carinthia. You may visit the convent daily from 7 am until 6 pm, and the entrance is free.
