Welcome to Gmünd
Between the National Parks Hohe Tauern and Nockberge, lies the charming town of Gmünd, where the rivers Lieser and Malta flow together. The name comes from flowing together (Münden). The region was in earlier times already important because of the trade routes to Venice and Regensburg. That can still be seen today on the beautiful old houses of the traders. A beautiful town where you can spend a perfect summer vacation.

Mountain Sports
A region where you can enjoy wandering through the landscape, whether it is on beautiful hiking trails, while Nordic walking, mountain bike or bicycle.
