Sölden is a true mountaineering paradis in the summer, and the village offers an abundance of activities including mountain biking, paragliding, mountain hiking, and summer skiing and snowboarding on the Rettenbach Glacier and Tiefenbach Glacier.

Mountain Sports
A paradise for mountaineers. Really all mountain sports are offered in Sölden. Unforgettable is a hike to one of the beautiful mountain peaks in the early morning while the sun makes its appearance from the east. Discover the versatile mountain nature, the beautiful alpine flowers and see the deer graze against a background of mountains and glaciers.

Water Sports
Deep blue lakes await you, surrounded by mountains filled with alpine roses, and beautiful rocks. Real water sports is here (obviously) not offered, but who cares at the sight of such beauty. Indeed, Ötzi the Iceman was wandering around here long ago.

Recommendation
The "Freizeit Arena" is a multifunctional and multi-media site, where any traveler should come. The offer includes (among others) an adventure pool, a sauna experience, various sports such as tennis, fitness, bowling, badminton, etc..
